What AI assistants need from a site

Permission to crawl. AI search tools send their own crawlers, such as OAI-SearchBot for ChatGPT search, Claude-SearchBot, PerplexityBot and Bingbot. Blocking them in robots.txt keeps you out of their answers.
Text in the HTML. Most AI crawlers do not run JavaScript. If your text appears only after scripts load, they see an empty page.
Clear structure. A good title, meta description, one H1, a canonical link and structured data tell AI tools who you are.
An llms.txt file. A short plain text list of your key pages. It is a young standard and cheap to add.

Bilingual sites should make sure the Arabic pages have their own titles, descriptions and hreflang tags. AI assistants answer in Arabic too, and they can only quote what they can read.
